RHCS supplies, installs and services laboratory equipment for hospital laboratories, standalone diagnostic centres and research facilities across Kenya and East Africa. Our range covers clinical chemistry and haematology analysers, immunoassay systems, coagulation analysers, electrolyte analysers, binocular and trinocular microscopes, benchtop and refrigerated centrifuges, incubators and ovens, water baths, autoclaves for laboratory use, biosafety cabinets and fume hoods, laboratory refrigerators and freezers including vaccine and blood bank storage, pipettes, shakers, rotators, distillers and laboratory furniture.

We supply equipment from Biobase, Mindray, Klarity Medical, ASCO, Abarut and other manufacturers with established support in the region, and we can quote a complete laboratory package or individual replacements. For laboratories that need to keep reagent costs predictable, we advise on open versus closed systems before purchase rather than after, and we supply the reagents and consumables that match the analysers we install.

Every installation includes a site survey covering bench space, power stability, ventilation and water supply, followed by installation, calibration and verification runs with control material so the laboratory can begin reporting with confidence. We train laboratory technologists on operation, quality control, routine cleaning and preventive care, and provide the standard operating documentation needed for accreditation audits. Ongoing support includes scheduled preventive maintenance, calibration and validation, temperature mapping for cold storage, genuine spare parts and breakdown repair with defined response times.

For laboratories working toward ISO 15189 or SANAS-style accreditation, we can supply calibration certificates and maintenance records in the format assessors expect.
